Event Details

Full 2-day Sessions Pass holders have access to all Sessions activities taking place at Behind The Bike Shed on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th March. Including: networking events, live music, talks, workshops and panel discussions.

With access to the Sessions Hub, a home to informal Q&As and creative presentations, weekend pass holders will have a space to relax, network and learn in-between talks, panels and live music.

A balance between industry insight and cutting-edge creativity, a Full Sessions Pass covers:

Friday: day one of Convergence Sessions revolves around ideas for change and their future impact.

Take part in the discussion with experts including the ‘Willy Wonka of design and science’, Nelly Ben Hayoun; politically charged tech writer and artist, James Bridle; founder of Carroll / Fletcher, one of London’s most forward-thinking art galleries, Jonathan Carroll; curator of Sonar+D and FutureEverything festivals, Jose Luis de Vicente; and many more.

In a special evening sessions, Warp Records opens the floor to iconoclastic artists and musicians such as Warren Ellis, Mark Leckey, Ash Sarkar, as the role and relevance of subcultures in the tech age is debated.

Saturday: day two of Convergence Sessions dives straight in to immersive technologies and their influence and impact on stortyelling, music, art, education, curation, podcasts and more.

The morning session is presented by Mixcloud, who invite some of the masters of podcasts and audio storytelling to meet Convergence attendees and discuss where its heading.

Punchdrunk, Marshmallow Laser Feast, Circa 69 and onedotzero take the reins in the afternoon to share how they use tech to create virtual worlds and design interactive experiences.

Native Instruments wrap up the two-day event with genuinely unique DJ sets and performances from present-day music pioneers.

NOTE: 2-day ticket holders are entitled to attend the full programme of events at Behind the Bike Shed ONLY. Tickets for live shows in other venues are to be purchased separately.
